Please welcome SBE 85 Chapter Member, Major Robert (Bob) Scolli.

Bob graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BSEE. Bob begin his communications career with Automatic Electric out of Northlake, IL. He then went to work for Western Electric in Naperville, IL as a Number 2 Electronic Switching System Product Engineer.

In 1973, he transferred to Oklahoma City Works as a NO 2 ESS Resident Equipment Engineer. In 1977, he transferred to SW Bell Telephone Company in Little Rock, Arkansas were he specialized in Private Branch Exchange, Data/Voice Communications as a Network Engineer. Concurrently Bob served in the National Guard for the 205 Engineering Installation Squadron Oklahoma City and then later at the 189th Civil Engineering Squadron in Little Rock AFB. Bob was activated for Desert Storm in 1991and retired in1994 as a Major. In 2002 he retired from SBC Corporate Staff as a subject matter expert on Trunk Integrated Records Systems. And if that was not enough, Bob is imbued in the IEEE world where he has been the IEEE Board of Directors 2006-2007; Director Regional Activities Board 2006-2007, Director IEEE-USA 2006-2007; RAB/TAB Section/Chapter/Support Rejuvenation Subcommittee Chair, 2004-2005, Careers and Services Committee Member 2006.
